Anahata Yoga Heidelberg is your studio with family atmosphere above the roofs of Handschuhsheim. Here you can find individual support in small groups or with private lessons. In this way, we enable beginners a solid entry into yoga and advanced students an individual development of their own yoga path.
We can teach every class bilingual or even completely in english if all participants are fluent in this language.
